Availability

Maintenance, where it is necessary to close the pool,  will be done in the winter (November - February, and in exceptional cases also in March)

Security

During summer we have a lifeguard.

The instructions for the lifeguard are:

• At all times watch the people in and around the pool
• Use the high chair as much as possible
• Only look at your smartphone in case of an emergency
• If you go to the toilet, ask an adult to replace you
• Check if people are allowed to use the pool

The lifeguard will be at the pool:

• In June: Every weekend from 10.30 to 18.30
• In July: Every day from 10.30 to 19.30
• In August: Every day from 10.30 to 19.30
• In September: The first weekend from 10.30 to 18.30

During absence of the lifeguard the pool is technically closed. If people use the pool during that time, it's at their own risk. A sign at the entrance will emphasis this. 

Cleaning

Edgar from Mister Pool is responsible for:

• Performing quality tests, and replenish chlorine
• Checking the filtration system
• Cleaning the bottom and brush the walls 
• Any malfunction or issue in the filtration system will be reported, as well as confirmation if everything is in perfect condition. 

During summer (June - September) he will check and clean the pool 6 times a week. During autumn, winter and spring 4 times a week. Each visit will be recorded in a logbook and the PH and chlorine levels will be specified. 

Our bar / restaurant is exploited by Marcy.

The most important points in her contract are: 

Availability

Eleven months a year

From 1 July until 31 August the restaurant will be open seven days a week from 10.00 until 24.00

For the rest of the year Marcy is allowed to close the restaurant for one or two days a week.

Nonresidents are welcome in the restaurant, but are not allowed to use the pool and the sport facilities. 

The menu

You can have breakfast, lunch and dinner

During the winter Marcy is allowed to offer a restricted menu 

Hygiene

The kitchen, restaurant, club, terrace, chill-out zone and both toilets are cleaned every day

The toilet outside is locked during the night. The code on the padlock is changed every month and will be posted in the Announcement subgroup on WhatsApp. 

Music

The contract says that the direct neighbours should not be bothered with the music. To achieve this we came to the following agreement.

• Volume: No party music, only restaurant music
• Time: Recorded music until 24.00. Live music between 17.00 and 21.00, with a maximum of two hours.
• Frequency: Live music during summer (mid Juni until mid September) once a week. The rest of the year twice a month.
• Location: On the terrace, direction south-west.
• Announcement: With two weeks’ notice in the Restaurant subgroup on WhatsApp. Exceptions to these rules will be rare and need an approval of the board.

We have 5 sport facilities: Tennis, football-basketball, fronton, table tennis and pétanque. 

The code for the padlock

For the tennis court, the football and the fronton the use is limited (see below) and you need a code to open the gate. This code on the padlock is changed every month and will be posted in the Announcement subgroup on WhatsApp.

You can play table tennis and pétanque any time you want. You have to bring your own equipment. 

The tennis court

You can play tennis from 9.30 to 14.00 and from 17.00 to 20.00.

You can make a reservation at the bar. To avoid no shows during July and August there is a small reservation fee of €2.
